・ Afforestation of fast‑growing Paulownia in Moriya City and visualization / crediting of the resulting CO₂ absorption
・ Local use of pruned branches and harvested timber by converting them into wood chips and biochar (activated carbon)
・ SDGs‑aligned environmental education programs conducted in cooperation with elementary and junior‑high schools
・ Creation of a circular, community‑based GX model through collaboration with local businesses and residents
